Main Data : Cotton cv. AKA-8401 was grown at Akola in 1993-96 with 50, 75 or 100% of recommended N and soil or seed inoculation with Azotobacter or Azospirillum, or no inoculation. Seed cotton yield was not significantly affected by inoculation treatments, but increased with increasing N rate.
